Alternative Dispute Resolution

Law 144/2015 of 8 September, which transposes Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes and establishes the legal framework for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, creates the Consumer Arbitration Network in Portugal.

In accordance with Law 144/2015 we inform you that in case of dispute, the competent forum where the consumer may appeal, will be:
