In 2023, the Chinese New Year (Year of the Rabbit) is celebrated on January 22nd.

New Year is the most important annual event in the People’s Republic of China and its celebrations usually last about a week.

During this period, almost all economic activity in the country comes to a standstill.
This stoppage is expected to take place between the 21st and 27th of January, and it is still foreseeable that the vast majority of companies will interrupt their activity a week in advance.

Taking into account the fortnight of economic stoppage caused by these traditional festivities, NVOxpress recommends its customers to reassess and readjust their logistical operations.
We recommend that you formalize your requests as soon as possible, in order to avoid possible constraints.

The NVOxpress Team will be available to help with any queries or provide any further clarification.
